Find your invisible ceiling
Every escape room has a revenue level it approaches and can’t pass. It is set by two numbers: how many new players find you in a year, and how many of them come back.

What you need
- One row per booking, going back as far as you can export. Three years is ideal, 13 months is the minimum for the retention number to mean anything.
- Three columns: the booking date, the customer email, and the number of tickets. Any export from Bookeo, Resova, Xola, FareHarbor or a spreadsheet will do.
- Nothing is uploaded. The file is read and the maths is done inside this page, on your machine. Close the tab and it is gone.

Two ways to lift the ceiling
The ceiling only moves if one of its two inputs moves. Either more new people find you each year, or more of the ones who come stay with you. Nothing else in the formula is yours to change.
Morty is the app players use to find escape rooms and book them. Getting listed puts your rooms in front of people who are actively looking for their next game, which is the first of those two inputs.
